Background: From January 2018 to July 2018, a study was conducted at Hayatabad Medical Complex's Department of Cardiology analyze the angiographic results female patients admitted for acute coronary syndrome (ACS). The group consisted 75 with ACS; thirty were diabetic, while remaining forty-five non-diabetic. Results from angiography revealed that single vessel disease (36.67%) most common finding in non-diabetic patients, followed by two (31.11%). found severity diabetic varied more, majority (43.33%) having disease. Single (33.33%) and three (23.33%) also frequently observed. Conversely, displayed more normal coronaries (44.44%) tended have diseased vessels (66.67%). Ultimately, determined diabetics ACS exhibit wider range complex diseases compared their counterparts. Objectives: Complex Peshawar received admissions (ACS) both patients.
